What if my artwork is low quality?+
We inspect every upload. If the file cannot print cleanly, we’ll contact you before production with the best next step.
Is this screen printing?+
Standard online apparel orders use Full Color Transfer (DTF) for clear upfront pricing. Bulk screen printing is custom quoted because every ink color needs its own screen. See the screen-fee example above.
What is a screen fee?+
A screen is the framed mesh stencil that prints one ink color. Our normal setup example is $25 per screen. A one-color design on a light shirt normally uses one screen; that same color on a dark shirt usually needs a white underbase first, making it two screens.
Can I order fewer than 12 shirts?+
Yes. Choose 1–11 custom Full Color Transfer (DTF) T-shirts at $24.99 each for S–XL or $29.99 each for 2XL–3XL. Bulk pricing starts at 24 shirts.
Can I choose an exact bulk shirt quantity?+
Yes. The 24, 36, 48, and 72-piece buttons are starting points. Enter any exact bulk quantity from 24–500 and the correct price tier applies automatically.
Can I order one custom hat?+
Yes. A single custom hat starts at $44.99. Choose a Richardson 112 Trucker, Baseball Cap, or Flexfit; Flexfit includes S, M, and L sizing. Front and optional side embroidery are available.
How is custom-hat shipping calculated?+
Custom hats use compact weight-based shipping: $9.95 for one hat, $21.95 for 12, and $42.95 for 24. Bulk hats are nested and packed carefully to control box size; 24-hat orders may ship in two cartons to avoid oversized-package charges.
What is the Tunagraphix Shop?+
It is our ready-to-buy merch collection—shirts, hats, tumblers, and future designs made by Tunagraphix. Choose the item and available options, then check out without uploading artwork.
How does the monthly mystery club work?+
Choose the $19.99 monthly shirt club or the $24.99 monthly hat club. Tunagraphix chooses the item, color, and surprise design; shirt members only choose their size. Monthly shipping is a flat $6 for either club, plus applicable tax. We then email the secure recurring Square signup link.
What are the custom sticker minimums?+
Custom stickers start at 50 pieces. Choose 2-inch, 3-inch, or 4-inch pricing online; the quantity buttons show the full sticker price before shipping and tax. Any quantity above 500 or any Other finished size receives a custom quote before payment.
What are the tumbler bulk prices?+
One custom tumbler is $25. The online bulk tiers are $20 each at 12 and $18 each at 24.
What banner sizes do you offer?+
Choose 2×4 for $79.99, 3×6 for $99, 4×8 for $139.99, or 4×10 for $175. Every banner includes four corner grommets; 4×8 and 4×10 banners ship free. Custom sizes and a $50 design service are also available.
How does free shipping work?+
Small custom T-shirt orders of 1–11 ship free when merchandise is over $100. Bulk T-shirts require more than 24 shirts and a $500 merchandise subtotal before tax and shipping. The 24-shirt front-print starter is $479.76; 26 shirts reach $519.74 and unlock free shipping. Custom hats use the separate weight-based rates shown above. Tunagraphix Shop tees, hats, and tumblers use flat $5 shipping.
Where does the customer add a shipping address?+
Card and wallet customers enter their full shipping address securely on the Square checkout screen. For PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or manual payment, Tunagraphix confirms the address before sending the payment request.
How long does an order take?+
Most standard orders ship in 7–14 business days after payment and final artwork approval.
Can I rush my order?+
Yes. Open Optional Upgrades in the order builder and choose Rush / Skip the Line. The rush fee is $35, $60, or $100 based on order size, and the rush timeline is confirmed after artwork review.
Do you offer custom finishing?+
Yes. Apparel orders can request custom neck tags, folding, bagging, and tagging. Select any finishing upgrades you need and we’ll confirm the complete price before payment.
How can I pay?+
Choose card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Afterpay, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or a manual payment request. Available instant options can vary by device and account.
