Last updated August 15, 2026Custom-made and personalized items are final sale once production begins. If Tunagraphix makes the wrong item or the finished product has a production defect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery or pickup with clear photos so we can review and make it right.
You confirm that you own the artwork you submit or have permission to reproduce it. Tunagraphix may decline artwork that appears unauthorized, unlawful, hateful, or unsafe. Reference images are used for direction and are not copied from another brand.
Production begins only after payment and required artwork approval. You are responsible for checking spelling, dates, names, colors, placement, and quantities on the final proof. Changes requested after approval can require a new charge and timeline.
Ask to cancel as soon as possible. Before production begins, we will review what can be refunded. Design time, ordered blanks, screens, setup work, payment fees, and materials already used may be non-refundable. Orders cannot be canceled after production starts.
Standard turnaround is usually 7–14 business days after payment and final approval—not from the first message or upload. Rush service is accepted only after Tunagraphix confirms the deadline and availability. Shipping transit time is separate.
Screens, printers, fabric, garment dye lots, and print processes can create small color or placement differences. We aim for a clean professional result, but exact monitor-to-print color matching and perfectly identical garment measurements are not guaranteed.
Customers may choose nationwide shipping or free Bakersfield pickup. For custom tees, hoodies, hats, tumblers, and banners, Tunagraphix confirms the standard carrier amount before payment using the destination and protective package size. That amount includes a packaging reserve of $2.50 for a small parcel or $4 per bulk box or tube. Stickers and ready-made shop or club products use the flat rates shown at checkout. Full pickup instructions are sent privately when the order is ready. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information. Carrier delays after handoff are outside our control, but we will help with available tracking or claim information.
Contiguous-U.S. custom T-shirt orders receive free standard shipping at $650 or more in merchandise, and custom hoodie orders at $1,000 or more. Alaska and Hawaii use the calculated carrier rate regardless of merchandise total. Free Bakersfield pickup remains available for eligible physical orders.
Bulk T-shirt projects of 24 or more, screen printing, 12–23 shirt orders, custom sticker sizes or quantities, and special finishing require final review when shown in the builder. Bulk T-shirts display a typical $15–$30+ per-shirt range; the exact quote depends on the garment, quantity, artwork, print locations, sizes, finishing, deadline, and shipping. Nothing is charged when the request is submitted. After approval, Tunagraphix sends a secure payment link, and a 50% deposit starts bulk T-shirt production. Screen printing setup is normally $25 per screen; the final screen count depends on ink colors, garment color, underbase, and print locations.
We use the email, order details, delivery information, and artwork you provide to quote, produce, fulfill, and support your order. We do not sell customer order information. Payment details are handled by the selected secure payment provider and are not stored in the Tunagraphix order form.
